It came out really good and crunchy. Super tasty. I used less salt since cheese is naturally salty. Since it won't keep at room temp for long, if stored in fridge will it maintain crunching this way when leave out to get to room temp? My kids won't eat it cold.

I added some yogurt for a smoother dough along with onion powder and paprika. They are very tasty and satisfying, but as another person said a bit too much butter for me.

In reply to Elmira.

Elmira, 4 Tablespoons of butter is 56 grams, or 60 if rounding off, as some do. Not 80.

I made them today, it was very easy, I used shredered cheese, as for me the butter too much, 4 tbs = 80 gr . Next time I'll put less butter . Nevertheless they are tasty! Thank you for receipt.

We used gluten free bread flour and they turned out perfectly! I also used mild cheddar because that’s what I had! I think I took them out of the oven too early because not all of them are crunchy! But they taste great! My son loves them!
