Lots of flavor in these cookies as well as texture. Unfortunately, even filling the recipe to a T, these cookies came out very flat. I didn’t see any notes about chilling.

Excellent cookie - I followed the recipe except for the milk chocolate. Next time might add the extra flour or let rest 10 minutes for the dough to set up. The first pan flattened out and second pan was better.
