These are AMAZING!! I’ve made them a ton since I discovered the recipe. Super easy to make and in my opinion way better than a regular chocolate chip cookie!

I have not made this recipe in an 8x8. My concern would be it would be too thick to bake evenly. The sides may get dark before the middle actually bakes through. If you try it out, report back and let me know how it goes! Thanks so much for taking time to leave a review, Lindsay!

Thanks for suggesting this for the cast iron pan instead of the cookie cake. We all loved this better than any cookie cake we have had before! Did the recipe exactly as mentioned in an 8" cast iron skillet & kept it in a few more minutes.
